The project involves the construction of a 4-storey residential building with 13 parties, which have an average living area between 47 m2 and 210 m2. The apartments on the ground floor each have their own garden and an outdoor pool. All units have outdoor areas such as loggias, balconies, terraces or private gardens. The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor each have a roof terrace ranging in size from 7 m2 to 137 m2. The apartment on the 2nd floor also has its own wellness area with 112 m2 in the basement.

10 garage spaces, storage rooms for all units and 12 bicycle parking spaces will be built in the basement.
